Stephen Faulkner
CEO & President
As the CEO & President of Cybernut Solutions, Stephen Faulkner brings more than 14 years of experience to our team from small, medium, and large corporate environments where he specialized in Information Technology Project Management and infrastructure support. Stephen received his education at Florida International University’s College of Business Administration, as well as the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. After working on IT deployment assignments in several international markets, Stephen is now focused on providing specialized medical & financial managed services to financial, medical, and business clients in the North Texas area.
Michael Lockwood
Consultant
Michael Lockwood specializes in troubleshooting, databasing, and providing telephone technical support to end users. Michael's experience includes HTML, PHP, AJAX, JavaScript, and back end Web programming. Michael holds industry certifications and is A+ and Network+ certified. He is currently following his passion and pursuing his education in Computer Forensics, Cybercrime at South University and has previous experience as a Level 1 and Tier 2 Technician. He now troubleshoots and resolves technology issues for our clients, educates them on new or unfamiliar software, creates custom applications, and is committed to ensuring all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service we provide.
Angel Alfaro
Consultant
Angel Alfaro attended both Dallas County Community College and DeVry University, and now brings his former experience as both an Information Systems Technician and Field Service Technician to Cybernut Solutions. As our Consultant, Angel offers his technical expertise in order to provide our clients with top-of-the-line IT services and support they can truly count on. Angel works our help desk and is often the first person our clients and end users speak with when contacting us for assistance.
Margaret Turner
EHR Training Coordinator, Consultant
Margaret Turner is the EHR Training Coordinator for Cybernut Solutions, specializing in the training of medical clients & practices with new or upgraded medical software, such as Medical Lytec, Pulse, EagleSoft, and Dentrix. She is also responsible for writing & preparing policy and procedures documentation for ease of use after training is completed. Margaret is HIPAA certified with advanced certifications and provides ongoing HIPAA consulting, certification, training, and documentation in these areas. Margaret holds a B.A. in Psychology from Sul Ross State University, as well as a Master’s of Public Health from Walden University. She has previous experience as a counselor, office supervisor, office manager and consultant within the healthcare industry, making her the EHR expert you can count on to get your staff on the same page when it comes to healthcare technology.
